Description
The CD4056 is a BCD-to-7-segment decoder/driver from the 40xx series CMOS logic family. This device accepts a 4-bit BCD input and drives a 7-segment display with active-high or active-low outputs, selectable via a polarity control input. The CD4056 includes a latch that can store BCD data while the inputs change, ensuring stable display output.
