This board fully integrates an ATmega2560-based Arduino Mega R3 and an ESP8266 WiFi module onto a single PCB, combining Mega-class IO and program memory with onboard WiFi connectivity instead of requiring a separate WiFi shield or module wired externally. It carries 32Mb of additional memory alongside the ATmega2560’s own program space.

Both halves of the board — the ATmega2560 microcontroller section and the ESP8266 WiFi section — can operate together or independently, and each exposes its own dedicated pinout headers, so a project can use just the Mega side, just the WiFi side, or bridge them together in code.

USB communication runs through a CH340G USB-to-TTL chip, giving straightforward serial programming and communication without needing a separate USB-to-serial adapter.
